... and then we had tea

First we went on a garden walk.
The gardens were misty and sun dappled.

We looked for frogs.

We found a bunny.

Then we remembered the biscotti Belinda gave us from Mom's Night Out.
Max had an idea...

He set the table for tea.
He served carrots and crackers, and the biscotti.
I made chai.
Maria invited Owl.

Tea is even sweeter in tiny cups.

Tea parties are even sweeter with friends.

Our friends make delicious biscotti.

Whatever else we have to do today, we have had a very nice morning.

What a charming tea party! Owl makes a delightfully whimsical guest... I would invite him too.
The misty, sun-dappled garden reminds me of Alice in Wonderland.
I love the bird on the plate, too.

Love tea parties, especially the tiny variety! And of course, no tea party would be complete without an owl!

Natalie, your children are charming! And you're not so bad yourself...I enjoy your writing & photography so much!

The biscotti were delicious. I did not announce their presence, so got to have them all myself. Hope you're doing well, checking in with you because it's been 3 whole days since you've blogged!
