Is this at the Humane Society? I used to volunteer there as a teenager just so I could cuddle the kitties. I love Maria's hat!

Hello Kim!
Maria and I were visiting a feed store. How we managed to leave without a kitten, I'll never know! They were adorable. I crocheted Maria's hat a couple of years ago, and it barely fits now. I don't know how to read patterns. It may be time to *try* and make a bigger one! Thanks for the hat-love!
Happy Halloween.

Those kittens are adorable. I hope they don't have to stay in those cages all the time! I would go in and buy them all.

Yes... one of each. They were hungry for love, and Maria knew just which ones "want to come home with me." You are a sweetheart of the highest order, Judy. I know you would love to care for all the kitties.

I don't know how you got out of there without one of those sweet babies either. If Amira was there, oh, the pain! ;)

We were at our pet store earlier this week and they had two Snorkie (schnauzer yorkie mix) puppies. I thought Amira was going to implode. They were terribly, terribly cute. They had two kittens - one was polydactyl. Kittens with mittens, nothing cuter! ;)

Poor Paul has a difficult job, keeping Amira & I from adopting every sweet and dear animal we cross paths with... poor guy.

I am here, and I know so are the more than 400 others, and we keep coming back because we love the blog, so don't stop.

the choose id and word verification never work well for me...

But I am here!

Janece... lol. Geoff might consider banning me from entering feed stores and rescue places. Then again, he may be as *weak* as I am.

Jenn in California: Super, super sweet of you to comment. Thank you. I really do love to hear from readers, and it frustrates me when they tell me commenting is not convenient, or is technically glitchy... sorry about that. But you got through and I am touched by your kind message! I hope you have continued success, and we hear from you again!
