They don't grow here... at least, not that I've seen. Yours turned to white? That's pretty dramatic! The neat thing about these is that TJ sells them closed, so they look really uninspired, except as something full of potential. I love watching them unfold and open at home. The deep pink ones I cut yesterday are white now -- I don't ever remember that happening before (but I also don't recall having such an abundant crop that I felt OK about cutting any).
