ReplyDeleteIt's a story about her Easter, with family, and
all the happy details of that good day.
Her school partnered with
an online publishing company and let the kids use
computers to illustrate and write their stories, then
for a (hefty) fee parents were encouraged (strongly) to buy
the books. It's a fundraiser, and I think she did a good job, and she is proud of her work. My criticism: it's really crummy paint software, and I am not a fan of *coercion fundraising.* I would rather make a nice donation, then let her *publish* a book with good graphics tools.
Of course, seeing her read her book to her grandmother, and having the memory of her story, told her way... well, naturally this makes the book priceless!
