1~ July In The Garden

Here are the new things going into the garden... dianthus, cosmos, zinnias, lobelia.

Here are what we are bidding farewell to... the last of the hollyhock blossoms.

We are beginning to harvest tomatoes... mostly the volunteers that sprang up everywhere.

We would love to ask for a cup of rosemary honey from our neighbors, the Honeybees.

The new to us garden treasure... Armenian cucumbers! We've already enjoyed a successful batch of refrigerator pickles, with this muskmelon variety.

And here is the promise of the garden next year, and the next... saving the pods with the hollyhock seeds, for planting here, and for sharing with friends.
