It's wonderful! This, by the way, is his first lesson.
He already sounds pretty good... love his diligence.

I'm always impressed by a guitarist. I could never quite get the hang of it. Happy weekending!

First lessons are the best, because they lead to the next!!! :)

Oh, I must show this to my hubby... he's a part-time musician, and gets a kick out of the kids picking up guitar and playing. Lovely photo... Many thanks for the happy wishes for smooth sailing. ;o) Happy Days to you & your, Natalie ((LOVE & HUGS))

Nothing like a handsome man playing guitar, is there?

And THANK YOU for the birthday wishes! I'm having a thoroughly spoiled day already. I had a lovely night's sleep. Woke up to my sweet girl cuddling in bed with me - and sunshine pouring in the windows. (It's gone now, but it sure was nice to wake up to.) I exercised and now I'm off to take a shower, do some prayer and meditation and then lunch with Amira. Can't get much better than that, can it? (Well, I do have one teeny-tiny, itsy-bitsy birthday wish that won't happen today - but soon. And of course, you know what that is...)

I'm certain my afternoon will be just as delightful. :)

Love you, Natalie!

cool! I wonder what he's playing. I think learning to play a musical instrument can be so satisfying; it teaches you how to think in a totally different language.

I love hearing music in the house... especially live!
Alex has started taking lessons from his friend, Eli. Eli and Jess also happened to have a guitar they could spare, so Alex practices often. Homemade music, learning new stuff, having good friends... it is all so cool!

I hope each of you is enjoying a a happy weekend.
