My favorite part of Christmas... all the days and moments before Christmas. Activities, friends, outings, pretty things, pretty feelings, the lights and shiny bits, slowing down in the midst of high energy and the holiday buzz. All of the preparations and anticipation are, for me, what make this time of year special. I can wait for Christmas, because these are the moments I love best.
