Please don't think blogging is dead. Reading your blog is a happy place in my day. Your family and your writings are so full of happiness and good will. Thank you thank you for writing.
Ah... well, thank you thank you for sharing these kind words with me. I suppose I can't help but think and believe that the age of personal blogs is on its way out, but then again... I've never been too concerned with trends, fashions, and conventions, and likely I'll just keep plugging away, for a teeny bit longer. A friendly comment, now and again, goes a long way to giving me a nudge.
oh, what faces! Thanks very much for the smile....
I am a 'lurker', delurking to say: not being on a smart phone, and really wanting more of 'the rest of the story' (or, at least, that which you are comfortable sharing), I'm not likely to shuffle off to instagram, twitter, or other 'short-form' social media. Nor am I likely to join Facebook.
So I sincerely hope that you, and others I read, continue to post! I love reading about other makers, not having a large supply of those where I live (judging by the reactions I get to my sewing, knitting, and other crafting, plus singing with a local acapella group)...animals, gardening, etc. just add to the joy!
