As far as Mister Foo is concerned, everyday is wash day. He is Wash, after all, and he's always lived up to his name. Now that he has a Boop, he extends his personal hygiene discipline to his mini-me. In fact, we have come to consider the possibility that Mister Foo doesn't make a distinction between himself and his new friend, that in Foo's mind, Cairo Kitten is just a bit of himself that somehow got away.
