Namaste
Namaste, it's a traditional Indian greeting, a respectful gesture, implicitly with the connotation "to be well". I'd been meaning to look that up.
After backyard yoga, with friends, I feel very well.
Corina and Chris
Happy.
Relaxed, and invigorated.
Smiling, on the inside.
Yoga can be such a gift.
We greeted the sun, and the clouds retreated.
Caia and Henry
Corina's mom, Maria, leads us through the movements and breath.
It's wonderful.
The rest of the day... well, I am ready, to welcome the rest of the day.
Namaste.

I love Henry's smile.
He's a big love.
And I think he is as happy about our yoga day as anyone.
Oh, yes, "Yoga can be such a gift."...It is a gift I enjoy daily. And outdoor yoga is even more a treat. LOVE this yoga and love-filled post, Natalie. Namaste...The Divine in me sees the Divine in you. :o) ((HUGS))
Oh this sounds so nice. I would love to do Yoga outside. Actually, I would love to do yoga anywhere :)
Daily? You are smart!

Namaste
We've enjoyed three occasions to do this in my friend's backyard.
I am still new to yoga, but now that I have had a few different instructors and experiences, I know for certain that Maria's class is absolutely my favorite. She is instructive and nurturing. Now, I need to figure out how to bring more yoga time into my week... I hope you can find a way to do the same, anywhere!
