The Best Farmer's Market :: One Hundred Seventy Five

Madison's farmers market is Capitol! Laura and Gary suggested we meet there. A brilliant idea, because we found basil for Jane's bruschetta, discovered the bliss of warm, spicy, cheese bread, and absorbed the beauty of flowers, the colors of everything under a clear, blue sky, and the tantalizing pyramids of farm to market produce. We found a respite from the heat inside the state's Capitol building, gazing up at the dome. I tried to pace my shopping impulses, but succumbed to honey, and popcorn kernels. I'm sure there'll be plenty of room in my carry-on!
